Terms of Service

1. Who we are

REDTRUST is a CS2 config store and community operated on Discord at discord.gg/redtrust. All sales, delivery and support happen in private Discord tickets.

2. Digital goods

• Our products are digital configuration files and related setup help. Nothing physical is shipped.
• A product is considered delivered once it has been posted to you in your ticket.
• Configs are made for the third-party software named on each product. You are responsible for owning a working copy of that software.

3. Licence and no resale

• Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the config yourself.
• Reselling, sharing, leaking or publishing a config — in full or in part — is forbidden and results in a ban without refund.

4. Account sharing

Purchases are tied to the Discord account that bought them. Sharing your account or giving others access to purchased content is not allowed.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD on the store page and may change at any time; the price confirmed in your ticket is final. We accept the payment methods listed in the ticket (for example cryptocurrency or gift cards). No payment details are entered on this website.

6. Game rules and your risk

Using third-party software in online games may break the game publisher's terms and can lead to penalties such as account bans. You use our products entirely at your own risk. REDTRUST is not affiliated with Valve, Discord or any software vendor.

7. Liability

Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REDTRUST is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including account bans, lost items or lost data. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Website accounts and data

Logging in with Discord is optional. When you log in we store your Discord profile and login details, and — only with your consent — usage analytics and your email address, as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can download or delete this data from your dashboard at any time.

9. Termination

We may refuse service or remove access for anyone who breaks these terms or the server rules.

10. Changes and contact
