Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited.

Digital configs are non-refundable after delivery
Once a config has been delivered in your ticket it can be copied, so all sales are final after delivery. This includes changing your mind, no longer using the software, or receiving a game ban.
Non-delivery
If you paid and did not receive your product, you are entitled to delivery or a full refund. Keep your payment proof (transaction ID or gift card receipt) and post it in your ticket.
Problems with a config
If something does not work as described, tell us in your ticket. Staff will help you set it up or fix the issue — that is our first remedy instead of a refund.
Disputes
- All disputes go through a Discord ticket in the “Purchases & Billing” category.
- Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may lead to removal from the server.
- We aim to answer every dispute within 48 hours.
